110: “Raising Worry-Free Kids” with Sissy Goff

As a part of our Mentoring Moms Partnering with Parents Speaker Series therapist and author Sissy Goff joins ECS Annual Fund director Brandon Artiles on Equip to help parents navigate an issue becoming more prevalent among youth. She guides us in how we can help our children cope with stress and anxiety, while reminding us as parents not to project our own worry on our children.

We have a full studio as some of the cast of “Kiss Me, Kate” join Equip to talk about the excitement leading up to their spring 2023 production. ECS stage veterans Sydney Jackson (senior) and Drew Shelton (sophomore) discuss what they love about this show and ECS performing arts.
